Detox therapy consist of being wrapped in our infamous detox wrap while laying down and relaxing in our infrared sauna. Some of the benefits are detoxifying the body, weight loss, better sleep, relieving joint pain, increase metabolism, better sleep, relieve sore muscles and more. Burn about 500 calories ( in 45 minutes) as the heat generated by the infrared sauna increases core temperature similar to a workout. Involves laying inside of an infrared sauna blanket at temperature as hot as 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
